We do not provide valet trash services, however for your convenience there are trash facilities at the garage entrance on every floor at Mizner. Trash chutes are available with blue recycling containers for your convenience.

Pool Towels are provided for you from 8AM-6:00PM Daily at the pool smoothie bar. You may also exchange pool towels as needed as well.

After 4:30PM, Please contact the front desk if you need to exchange towels, replenish toiletries or have any maintenance issues and someone will be dispatched to assist you.

Smoking is NOT permitted in the units, building, or balconies. We ask that you please refrain from smoking during your stay at the places mentioned and smoke outside in designated areas. Please contact the front desk for more information.

Guests that are visiting you, that are not staying overnight do not require a parking pass and may simply park in the garage wherever is most convenient for you.

We do not provide coffee, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste or toothbrushes.

We do accept packages to the resort for you as a mail service but you must have the tracking number for the package. Your first two are complementary and your third will be charged a fee. Packages can arrive up to five days prior to your arrival and will be held until your check-in.

Front DeskAvailable 24/7 our staff is eager to assist you with any questions, concerns or needs you may have. They are your liaisons for all the services we offer including concierge. To reach the desk from your room please dial "0" from your phone in the room.

MaintenanceAvailable daily from 8AM-5PM they are here maintaining your unit, resort grounds and amenities. If you need them, please feel free to contact the front desk by dialing "0" from the phone in your room.

HousekeepingLocated around the corner from the Front Desk in the first floor of the Addison building. Available daily from 8AM to 4:30PM for exchange purposes and to resupply toiletries you may need. ​You may contact them by dialing "0" and asking for the housekeeping department. *Currently, not offering mid-week cleanings due to the pandemic. However we are servicing guests that are staying a week or more and have paid cleanings available as needed

Pool, Pool Deck, Smoothie Bar & Activities StaffOur dedicated pool staff are available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. They are pleased to offer complimentary pool towels and refreshments, including coffee from 8AM to 11AM and lemonade from 11AM to 1PM. Additionally, our smoothie bar offers a variety of delicious smoothies for purchase from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For your convenience, a schedule of activities is posted poolside and on our website. These activities are typically scheduled Monday through Friday, with occasional variations to enrich your experience throughout the year.

Pet PolicyMizner Place does not accept pets. Any pets found in unauthorized units will be subject to fines, and relocated to our approved sister resort. The only exceptions are Service animals covered under the ADA for disabilities.
